Robert Hotaling
CISO
Robert Hotaling is the Chief Information Security Officer for North American Bancard Holdings, LLC (NAB). Hotaling leads vision, strategy, and execution for information security. His teams include security operations, application security, and IT risk and compliance.
Prior to NAB, Hotaling was CISO for Cengage Learning, a publisher of print and digital information services for academic, professional, and government agencies around the world. Before joining Cengage Learning as the CISO, he was the Director of Business Systems and Communications for Thomson Prometric. There, he was responsible for ERP, workflow, security, and communications systems for contact and data centers around the globe.
Hotaling graduated with a Master of Science in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pennsylvania State University.
