If you accepted Visa or Mastercard at any point between January 1, 2004, and January 25, 2019, you are part of a class action lawsuit that resulted in a settlement of more than $5 billion. The official name of the class action lawsuit is Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation (MDL No. 1720).

We are pleased to inform you that, as of December 1, 2023, the official claim form for the VISA/Mastercard Class Action Settlement is now available. The current enrollment period is from December 1, 2023, to May 31, 2024.
