We’re fast approaching the busiest shopping time of the year — the holiday season! To prepare for the increase of sales, you might need to up your processing limits with North American Bancard.
As you may know, every North American Bancard (NAB) merchant services account comes with a monthly processing limit that allows you to complete transactions up to that amount without having to call for an increase.
Your limit amounts were stated in your welcome kit and welcome email, so if you think your approved processing amount is sufficient for the holiday season we wish you luck on a successful holiday season.
However, if you want to increase your processing limit or your high-ticket amount, you will need to contact the Risk Department at (248) 269-6000 ext 1400 or email email@example.com prior to processing transactions in order to avoid any holds on your funds.
Please be prepared to provide a copy of your three most recent banking statements.
Being proactive and asking for an adjustment before you need it will help you to continue doing business as you near, or eclipse your limit this holiday season.
